Tall and Fine Fescue
Our most popular fescue blend, Tall and Fine
Fescue has been the choice grass of our
customers who visit the farm.  This turf grass
combines the advantages of both Tall Fescue
and Fine Fescue together for one great turf
grass.  This is a blend of Pure Gold, Matador,
Coronado Gold, Shadow Chewing's, and
Shademaster Creeping Red Fescues.  Fine
fescues are the most drought tolerant turfgrass,
which repairs itself.  This grass is very shade
tolerant.  Best if mowed between 3-4".

Kentucky Bluegrass
A combination of four elite Kentucky
Bluegrass cultivers (Moon Lights, Rubgy II,
Brilliant, Limousine) that offer excellent salt
tolerance, high traffic tolerance, insect and
disease resistance.  This premium blend
provides long term dark green color that is
very dense with fine leaf blades that recover
very well from wear and tear.  It is adapted to
well-drained, moist and neutral to slightly
acidic, fertile soils on sunny or slightly shaded
sites.  Mowing high is 3-4".  Kentucky
Bluegrass has a root system that quickly repairs
itself from damage and is great for high traffic
areas.

Blue Fescue
A combination of Matador Tall Fescue, Pure
Gold Tall Fescue, Coronado Gold Tall Fescue,
and Talon Canada Bluegrass blend.  This blend
is an all-around turf grass.  It has an excellent
appearance and wearability.  Blue Fescue
requires low fertilizer and low maintenance.
This turf has a very high drought, heat, cold,
and shade tolerance.  The required mowing
height is 3-4”.
